I’ll manage everything from securing your room block to communicating and booking all your guests (and you too, of course!). I’ll even step in if there’s a lack of communication with your resort wedding planner, to ensure you get the wedding you’ve been yearning for.

That’s why I make group travel as effortless as possible for you—securing the best rates for your group and coordinating travel for everyone.

We’ll first connect on your complimentary planning call. I’ll ask you about the “when” and “where”—but most importantly the “WHY”. What about your dream destination captures your interest? Gathering this info will help me guide you to the best travel experience possible.

Next, I’ll research your options, tapping into my list of travel contacts to uncover the best properties and experiences for you (many of which you can’t find with a simple Google search!).

Note: For destination weddings, groups, and custom journeys, I ask for a good faith deposit or a planning fee before research begins—I’ll share this on our planning call.

Within the agreed time (based on the trip's complexity), you’ll receive a detailed itinerary that clearly lays out flight times, train times, and suggested properties. I’ll also break down costs for you, including “hidden” fees—no expensive surprises here. 

We’ll refine your itinerary as needed, and then I’ll book it all for you. This includes flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and more.

When you’re ready to depart, I’ll be here to support you through any travel hiccups. If an unexpected issue or emergency arises, I want you to know you’ll never have to deal with it alone. You can count on me to liaison with airlines, hotels, and activity operators to keep you safe on your journey—so you can simply stay focused on the fun!
