• Due to the overwhelming demand, my calendar fills well in advance. I may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
• Depending on the complexity of your trip, I may not be able to start working on it for 2-3 weeks. 
• Please submit all new trip inquires as soon as possible and I will let you know the expected timeline.   

Start by clicking on one of the buttons below to fill out an inquiry form. I’ll review your needs and wishes. ​If it's a fit, I may send additional paperwork or invoice for a good-faith deposit or a fee (depending on the trip type and complexity). Important: I do not assist with air only bookings.

I’ll craft your travel plan taking into account our communications. You will then receive a detailed proposal. After discussing your feedback, we will finetune until perfect. 

After confirming your trip, I’ll stay in touch until your departure. If you need assistance while traveling, I'll be right here to help.
